By using ResumeForge AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ResumeForge AI provides AI-assisted resume and cover letter optimization tools. Outputs are suggestions to help you edit application materials. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, honesty, and final content of anything you submit to employers.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create fraudulent credentials or misrepresent experience.
• Do not attempt to abuse free-tier limits, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it unlawfully.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to process.

Free and paid plans

Free usage is limited as described on the site (currently 3 optimizations per browser per 30 days). Pro features and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Paid plans will be billed via Stripe when enabled; refunds are handled according to our then-current policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The product, branding, and software are owned by ResumeForge AI or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit and to outputs you generate, subject to these Terms and any third-party model provider terms when live AI APIs are connected.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or ATS pass rates. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
